๐ŸŒฟ ReWilding Me

A Journey Back to Your Natural Self

What is ReWilding?
ReWilding is a gentle yet powerful process of returning to your natural rhythm โ€” mind, body and soul. Through intentional time in nature, connection with horses, mindfulness practices, and creative expression, ReWilding invites you to release, realign, and remember who you are.

At the heart of this experience is the understanding that nature heals โ€” and that you are part of nature. This is a deeply therapeutic, trauma-aware offering grounded in Gestalt, nature-based wisdom, and equine-supported experiences.

A journey back to Nature

A journey back to Nature

Core Principles of ReWilding

  1. Embracing Natureโ€™s Wisdom:

    • Nature serves as a powerful metaphor for lifeโ€™s challenges and triumphs. By immersing yourself in the natural world, you explore your own inner strengths and patterns, fostering a deeper sense of connection and healing.

  2. The Transformative Power of Horses:

    • Horses mirror our emotions and energy, teaching us the importance of authenticity, presence, and boundaries. These gentle, intuitive animals act as guides on your journey to self-discovery.

  3. Psychological Foundations:

    • Grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, ReWilding integrates trauma-informed practices, attachment theory, and mindfulness techniques to create a safe and supportive environment for meaningful change.

  4. Present-Moment Awareness:

    • Cultivate mindfulness by expanding your "window of tolerance," learning to embrace the present without judgment, and finding freedom in authentic self-expression.
