🐴 Why Membership Matters: The Orphan Brumbies

Each year, brumby foals are orphaned during land culling operations in Australia’s remote regions. Left behind, they face starvation, dehydration, or injury. Most do not survive.

At Equus Albus Unda Amore, we offer these young horses safety, nourishment, and a chance to heal — physically and emotionally. Our members help make this possible.

Membership contributions help cover:

• Emergency rescue and transport

• Veterinary care and medicines

• Daily feed, hoof care, and shelter

• Slow, trauma-informed integration with our healing herd

This isn’t about taming or breaking horses. It’s about offering space to breathe, trust, and remember the wild intelligence they carry.

Our most active season runs from May to October, when the land and herd are most open to gatherings and community offerings.
You're welcome to join at any time. Outside these months, members are invited to continue as quiet stewards.
