Equus Albus Unda Amore Association (EAUA) has a participant-centred approach that ensures safe and productive learning at a pace that the participant sets. Step by step, EAUA will help participants to understand their strengths, build on them and develop a growth mindset.

Our programs are powerful teaching tools that will develop personal awareness and presence in participants. With awareness comes choice, and the ability to see the impact of our choices. Participants will benefit from reflecting on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how these have impacted those around them.

The primary goal of EAUA is to help individuals bring joy, meaning, and clarity to their lives. By developing a mindset that enhances well-being, overall personal health and relationships will improve as well.

EAUA’s two-legged facilitators create learning experiences designed to help integrate heart, mind, and spirit. Participants will become more aware of themselves, those around them, and their physical environment, and this awareness will lead to those all-important “aha” moments. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the relationship between intentions and behaviour, the “shoulds,” “oughts” and “musts” that often stand in the way of sustainable and transformational change. As a team, EAUA will support clients to build healthy relationships through presence and awareness. This is integral for success at work, happiness at home, and personal fulfilment.

EAUA’s four-legged facilitators guide us in the art of non-verbal communication and in the navigation of complex organizational and familial systems.

Horses facilitate the sessions by allowing humans to step into their herd. As a result of interactions between horses and humans, horses are able to offer an honest, non-judgemental reflection of the individual. This unique feedback is helpful for reflecting upon emotional and social skills, as well as inter and intra-personal skills.

To ensure our equine team members remain healthy, physically, mentally, and emotionally, we like to keep “the horse within the horse”. This means that we help our horses to live as naturally as possible. Like people, horses respond to their environment. The more natural the environment, the more natural their behavior - and the more natural and authentic their responses to us. For this reason, EAUA horses are kept as naturally as possible in a herd environment to allow them freedom and choice.

Our horses are never referred to as tools. We never “use” our horses. We include horses in the process because of the unique and powerful wisdom they offer. Horses guide us to reconnect with meaning in our lives.
