๐Ÿ“œ Bylaws of Equus Albus Unda Amore

A Private Members Association

Last updated: 1st May, 2025

1. Purpose

Equus Albus Unda Amore (EAUA) is a Private Members Association dedicated to fostering healing, connection, and right relationship through equine-assisted experiences, nature-based practice, land stewardship, and wild horse rescue.

We operate outside of public commerce. All offerings, gatherings, and exchanges are made by private agreement between members, based on mutual consent, respect, and shared values.

2. Membership

Membership in EAUA is voluntary and by invitation.

By joining, each member agrees to:

  • Participate in alignment with the values of respect, presence, and care

  • Make contributions as a form of mutual support, not commercial exchange

  • Understand that all programs and gatherings are for members only

  • Recognize the association's private and non-commercial nature

Membership may be paused, discontinued, or declined at the discretion of the facilitators if actions are found to be misaligned with these principles.

3. Values and Conduct

Members agree to uphold the following principles:

  • Kindness, humility, and open-heartedness

  • Consent, confidentiality, and non-judgment

  • Care for the land and all beings we engage with

  • Non-harm to animals, humans, or community spirit

  • Willingness to engage in reflective, respectful dialogue

This space is not a place for dominance, coercion, or performance. It is a living field of relationship.

4. Offerings and Contributions

All offerings โ€” including therapy sessions, gatherings, workshops, and access to the herd โ€” are gifted within the private association framework. Contributions are made freely to support the herd, the land, and the continuation of this work.

Participation in any offering implies voluntary consent. Contributions are not payments for service, but expressions of shared intent.

5. Responsibility and Sovereignty

Each member participates at their own discretion and takes full personal responsibility for their choices, actions, and experiences.

Facilitators and members alike agree to honor boundaries, seek clarity, and resolve any concerns through direct, respectful conversation.

6. Confidentiality

What is shared in circles, sessions, and member gatherings is to be held with care and not disclosed outside the association unless with clear and informed consent.

7. Amendments

These bylaws may be updated by the facilitators of EAUA to reflect the evolving needs of the community. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
